I've had a ball creating with all the new products that Sue and Mandy will be launching on the Imagination Crafts ODS, you know it's good when you don't want to stop creating :)

Just a little reminder that the May challenge is underway over at the Craft Stamper Magazine Blog
This time around we are being sponsored by Skull and Cross Buns and have two of their stamp sets up for grabs.
Please remember to check out the entry details as we still get lots of entries that we can't judge, which is so sad.

And last but not least of my marathon blogging session, lots of texture created with Structure Paste Art-Cutz, Just Pearls, Sequins and layers of beautiful Mixed Media Spray's and Gilding Wax. With a little dry brushing of white gesso over the top to add highlights. I had great fun creating for the Weekend Wow, and I hope you've enjoyed having a closer look at some of my projects.
I love this new stencil, it's a whole Elephant Family. So we have Mumy on the front cover of a cnavas journal. And on the back cover we have one of the baby Elephants. How cute are these, and the beautful pink patterned Rice Paper makes the perfect background for them.
As soon as the products arrive to start making the samples up for Sue and Mandy's shows, this sheet of Rice Paper jumped out of the box. O my goodness it's gorgeous, and I wanted to keep it!!! How gorgeous are those Butterflies and the sheen from the Starlight Paint is just beautiful.

I love anything Shabby Chic so I've taken elements from the Rice Paper along with the new Mandala stencils to decorate one of the canvas backed journals from Imagination Crafts.
You only need to use the smallest amount of the Rice Paper, so it goes a really long way. I've added Structure Paste, Starlight Paint, Sparkle Medium and of course Gilding Wax to highlight the textures.
This design is so beautiful, I can think of so many ways to use this sheet of Rice Paper. I've used the script stencil along with elements from the gorgeous Art Deco style stencil of a Lady.
I've also re-discovered my love of gilding wax...............it's on everything now.
